Quaid Partners Valuers was established in 1998, the creation of Jack & Susan Quaid. From humble beginnings the company operated as a small in-house operation in the Central Coast of Sydney to now renowned as one of the leading & most prominent of its kind throughout the NSW Eastern Sea Board.
In 2006, plans were underway for a merger with a boutique valuation company known as IPV. At the time, managing director, Joe Amendolia identified the main purpose of the merger was simply required for the expansion process & would see the amalgamation of an established firm with a strong clientele base & an entirely technology focused company, forming to create a new revolution in the valuation industry.
Today, with offices in Sydney & Central Coast, QPV services 5 major Cities in the State of NSW. Sydney, Blue Mountains, Wollongong, Central Coast & Newcastle/Hunter. This coverage makes QPV one of the largest independent valuation firms in NSW.
In addition to the in-house coverage region, QPV have established the Network Valuer Group (NVG). The group is made up of several country regional valuation firms across NSW in places were the central offices do not have coverage. (See service region for more details.)
